Restomods have become popular over the past decade and we will do them for customers as well. We had instructions from the owner to make the engine compartment “eye popping” and the paint to look phenomenal. We did just that! We converted the drivetrain over to custom running gear and 4 wheel disk brakes while also installing a Keesler 5-speed and updated the car with A/C. It might not be what we prefer, but it was fun.

We purchased this car but then decided to do a restoration to fix some of the flaws, and later sold it. It has a correct and newly built 426 Max Wedge motor that was dyno’d at 550 hp and the correct 3 speed tranny. They never put 4-speeds in them because they could handle the horsepower in 1963.
