This was another major restoration project for us. A 1970 Coronet R/T convertible 440-4 barrel with a pistol grip 4-speed tranny. What made this car even more rare was that it is a real air grabber with a 4:10 dana rear end. Only sixteen(16) 440-4 convertibles with a 4-speed were made and only 2 came with an air grabber and only 3 came with a 4:10 dana and no other one was known to have been made in this color. Yes, this was a true one of one car. The restoration had been started a few years before we got it but the work that was done was poor quality. It came with a build sheet and Galen documentation. It was a total basket case given to us with a heap of parts but hey, for a car like this, no problem! The color is dark tan metallic (T6) with black interior, black top and a black bumble bee stripe. Unique.
1969 Dodge Charger
This was not our typical restoration project. We painted the car over two years prior and the customer was going to put the car together himself but soon found out the project was a bit more than he could handle. The car was taken apart by someone other than us and nothing was marked or tagged and some parts were even broken. So as you can imagine, we had a basket case project car … but hey, it wasn’t the first time. The car is painted in F6 green and with a white top, stripe and interior. It has a stroked 1969 HP 440cid that now has over 500cid. We used the new 440 source heads and stroker kit combined with the Edlebrock Performer and new 800 cfm series carburetor. The motor put out well over 500hp and 600 ft-lbs at only 9:1 compression. On top of that, we installed the factory A/C and upgraded it to new disk brakes in the front. Drives better than new…
1966 Coronet 440 Hemi
This is an original 1966 Dodge Coronet 440 with 426 Hemi. It is a column shift automatic that was a former weekend drag strip car. As such, there were only 11k original miles on the car. Luckily the car had not been tubbed or cut and there was very little rust. The car had been sitting for many years and was not running when we got it. The car has the original fender tag as well as certicard, and it has been verified that it is an original Hemi car. When we finished the restoration we sold the car. Yes, it is an original triple black car with bench seat (all Coronet 440’s had bench seats). All of the sheet metal work was done with factory original parts, nothing after market was used.Â
1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda 440-6
This is a cool restoration. It is an Original 1971 Cuda 440 6-Pac, 4-Speed, Dana. On top of that, the color combo is ultra cool, black paint with a black top and black interior with cloth inserts. It was also ordered with the rear window louvers and rally gauges. The car was put on a rotisserie and completely redone. It also had the numbers matching motor and transmission. The car had been in a couple of fender benders and had some rust, so we had to replace all the sheet metal with NOS metal or original metal off of donor cars, no repops on this one.

This is a 68 Coronet R/T with 440 Magnum and automatic transmission. The current owner has owned it since 1978. It was blown up in that same year and had not run much since then. It was taken apart years before we got it for a paint job and resto but got stuck in the middle. The paint was applied over 5 years before it came to us and had to take it from there and make it look as nice as possible.
1963 Plymouth Max Wedge Convertible
Yes, this is an original and documented 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury max wedge convertible stick shift car. We purchased this car but then decided to do a restoration to fix some of the flaws, and later sold it. It has a correct and newly built 426 Max Wedge motor that was dyno’d at 550 hp and the correct 3 speed tranny. They never put 4-speeds in them because they could handle the horsepower in 1963. This was one of the rarest mopars in existence.

1970 Plymouth ‘Cuda 440 4-Speed
This restoration project is a 1970 440 4-speed ‘Cuda that we restored for a customer. A cool original color combo, EV2 orange with a white stripe. The car came out of New York and had MORE than its fair share of rust (See the pictures below). We used all the original sheet metal (as much as possible) to fix the car, which had been sitting for 25+ years. The one good thing is that it had less than 40k original miles. It is a completely #’s matching car with tags and build sheet.
