This car has been sitting in covered storage since 1999. It has the matching motor and trans and rear end. It also includes the original power steering with cooler and has manual 11×3 drum brakes. The skid plate and torque boxes from the factory original 14″ rally wheels are still on the car. This is a super solid California car that has never been out of SoCal. Less than 1000 of these were built, FAR less with this high impact color paint and upgraded interior combo.

All glass is in excellent condition, even the front windshield. Windows go up and down almost like new. The gauges and steering wheel are in excellent condition and very clean. The trunk pan is solid. There is just so much going right for this car. Some missing parts include the console and air cleaner and the radiator is an after market radiator. The rear quarters were also redone, but done nice. Very little rust or rot in the car.

1967 Plymouth Satellite

We bring another progress page to you! This time it is a 1967 Satellite that we found for a customer and are now doing a restoration. It is an original blue car with two town white and blue interior. It should look sharp!

28 Jan 2020 Update – We have been hard at work on the restoration of this 67 Satellite. The car is now painted, under coat has been applied, the paint is color sanded, and the interior is getting ready. Still lots to do…but the two tone Satellite paint looks gorgeous.

Car continues to move along nicely with the paint work all wrapped up and the car coming back together. We have the rear glass in and working on all the other parts as well.

Front end is now complete and looking amazing, as is the two tone interior, just the way it came from the factory.

1971 Plymouth Satellite – $8900

This is a 1971 Plymouth Satellite with 318 cid and automatic transmission. It is an original California car and we have the title in hand and ready to go. The paint and interior are original, except for the driver side fender that was fixed and primed. The car has been in storage for 30 years and we are not sure if it runs. We bought the car in 2002 as a running car but we never tried to get it on the road. It still has the original blue and yellow California plates. The car does have some good options including cruise control and A/C. It also has power steering and power brakes, but are non-disk.

The car has a small 7 1/4 rear end. The good news is that there is very little rust in this car, even the trunk is solid as a rock. The small amount of rust is contained to the passenger side lower as can be seen in the pictures. It also has a nice set of rally’s with good tires mounted on them. The steering wheel is mint, which it also impressive. The interior is all there but will need to be replaced due to the desert heat out here. It also has the upgraded roadrunner hood that is in great shape.

Over all it is a great car to put back on the road with an easy restoration or maybe just polish the paint and use the car. Glass is also all in great shape, even the front windshield.

There are some items that are missing:
Upper windshield stainless trim
Wiper motor
Clutch and fan
Front marker light (but getting a set soon)
Valve cover breather
Lower center plastic grill (we found one)

1970 NOS Rally Wheels – POR

We bought this set of NOS Rally wheels several years ago from a Chrysler executive. These are original wheels, trim rings, caps and tires that have been in storage since they were new. We put them together and the tires were mounted about 15 years ago for display on a show car but they were never ran down the road. The date code on the tires appear to be for mid 1971 and they are in excellent condition with no cracks or weather marks. The tires even still have the protective coating on them. The made in USA trim rings still have the Chrysler decals on them with part number. There are no lug nuts.
